For social studies teachers, possessing and growing a repertoire of inquiry-based collaborative strategies are important to implementing the instructional shifts fundamental to the C3 instructional arc.This webinar will examine four instructional strategies that teachers can use to bring about deeper levels of questioning in their students, and in nurturing civic spaces and collaboration within their classrooms.

The strategies that will be demonstrated and taught: discrepant event inquiry, close up~mind's eye, the inquiry guide, and mystery.
