Exhibitor Service Information

Freeman is the exclusive general services contractor for the 2023 NCSS Annual Conference.  They will begin to take orders for the conference in late summer.  Confirmed exhibitors will receive notification when they start accepting online orders.

Exhibit Personnel Registration

Each 10'x10' booth, or table, includes two complimentary registrations.  Additional registrations can be purchased for $175 each ($225 after November 24).  These registrations provide full access to all conference sessions and speakers, and give the opportunity to purchase tickets for any social events, meals, and tours.  Exhibitor badges can also be used for anyone presenting an accepted session.

Exhibit Personnel Registration will open in the late summer.

Exhibitor Shipment Information

Shipments can arrive between Monday, October 30 and Friday, November 24 at the Freeman advance shipping warehouse. Shipments arriving after Nov. 24 will be received with an additional after-deadline charge.  Shipments should be addressed with this:
